Hotel Dasamo

We stayed in this hotel for a week, for us the first time and therefore we relied on the reviews. Booked with the all inclusive option (at least that's what it was indicated) except for the parking which was specified as €15 per day unattended. When we arrived at the hotel we were treated like second class customers, perhaps because we didn't book directly with them. The girl at the reception gave me the term very pissed off, she gave us the information in half as well as at the time of booking where we saw that there was an umbrella and two sunbeds per room included in the price and when we asked for confirmation directly from the structure they always got it wrong the conversation and in fact in the end we paid for our place on the beach. We go up to the room to put our suitcases away and we realize that there is no fridge (if you want it it's 10 euros a day). The room appears clean but when we returned from the sea we found ants walking calmly around the room (one evening even in the bed), not to mention the telephone and the socket for charging the telephone above the head (as the one in the bathroom and near the table did not work) every 3 x 2 was knocked against and the handset fell (see photo). Poor food, some appetizers that were a few days old and one evening we went to sleep with a stomach ache. As for the drinks, if all inclusive they should also include bitters and alcohol in general but no, they also charge you for bottled water. Free beer, water and drinks such as tea, coca cola all served by the waiters at the hotel bar in plastic cups (so much for pollution) At least for water they could have made a self-service dispenser as you can't ask the waiter/bartender every minute. It becomes burdensome for both the tourist and the employee. Furthermore, for the entire duration of the stay and on the day of departure, no one ever asked: “is everything okay? How did you find yourselves?”. The only positive note is that the hotel is 1 minute walk from the sea. Maybe it's time to evaluate whether your staff really is 4 stars as you describe?!?

I stayed in this hotel during the week of August with my family. We really had a great time, our room had a spacious balcony from which to enjoy a magnificent sea view. Located in a quiet area, in fact you sleep very well at night (the rooms are not very soundproof, but we were lucky with the neighbors), but at the same time very close to the sea. The staff were all super KIND, always with a smile, the animators Andrea and Eleonora were fantastic, always present but never intrusive. We ate very well and a lot, we will definitely be back.

We stayed for two weeks with two children aged 2 and 4 years. We were super satisfied, next year I won't make any other estimates and we will definitely come back here. The rooms are of decent size with a small balcony, always clean and tidy. Spacious entrance hall with billiards and table football. Open bar with a choice of various types of drinks, with a super welcoming and kind bartender. Varied and abundant menu with always a land dish, a seafood dish and a vegetarian choice. Super helpful and quick waiters. Reception staff and manager always available and smiling. Beach 2 minutes walk Swimming pool suitable for children a little older than mine as they didn't touch it. Huge inflatable available in the afternoon where the children had great fun. The animators Eleonora and Andrea were great, always energetic and smiling, engaging even with the youngest children. We spent a couple of weeks at this hotel in July. First of all, the strong points are certainly the location, very convenient to the sea even with small children, the external inflatables with parts suitable for smaller but also older children, and the entertainment staff Eleonora and Andrea, who have almost become older brothers of my children. 5 years who had so much fun with them! Excellent breakfast, good lunch and dinner although side dishes and starters were a bit repetitive. We had paid for the "all inclusive" service but in reality I would have had to pay for a fruit juice at the bar, so in reality it is not a real all inclusive. I would have liked a few more Romagna dishes, in fact the Romagna evening was really good! The pool is very clean but in the last few days the water was a bit cold, we didn't use it much because unfortunately it was in the shade in the afternoon, however I will remember it because my children learned to swim there! Last note on the cleanliness of the rooms: unfortunately a couple of times the room was not cleaned because the staff came in the early afternoon and the children were resting, I think it is better to concentrate the cleaning at times when the guests are at the restaurant or out ( typically in the morning). On the last evening there were a few ants in the room, nothing serious but perhaps it should be cleaned more thoroughly every now and then, considering that we never brought food into the room and we were on the fourth floor. Overall it was a holiday in the true sense of the term, the hotel is cheaper than others in the area, and perhaps for this reason some things could be improved.
